Green Wood Coalition and The Help Centre Northumberland are proud to partner for Coldest Night of the Year, where teams will come together for a 2km or 5km walk to support our vital services in Northumberland County.

Together, we’ll walk through downtown Port Hope, uniting our community and shining a light on the struggles faced by many.
